It’s a beautiful sunny day and a lovely group this morning but to come home to hear the sad news of Weight Watchers facing bankruptcy 😔 it broke my heart.
As a Slimming World Consultant, I know the value of what a local community support means, not only in my life but the lives of all of my members.
It’s what we do best here at Slimming World ❤️
I strive to give the very best support alongside warmth, care, fun, life long friendships so no one ever feels alone in my groups 52 weeks a year.
I simply cannot imagine how, as a leader or a member of WW, it would feel to have that vital support for success taken away from them 😔
At present, we are unsure of what the future holds for their leaders or members but what I do know is, I would welcome anyone affected by this devastating news into my Slimming World groups with open arms, a smile a hug 🫂 and a promise to maintain that support in fulfilling their weight loss journey and achieving their Personal Achievement Target.
So if you do know someone who is heartbroken by this news, please do reassure them that we can continue to support them reaching their dream weight.
