What a Year It’s Been at The Maltings Dental Practice
As we look back on the year, we’re proud to reflect on what has been a truly memorable and meaningful time here at The Maltings Dental Practice.
This year brought special anniversaries, including celebrating an incredible 30,25,20 and 15 years of service from valued members of our team — a true testament to the dedication and loyalty within our practice. We also had the pleasure of welcoming new faces to the MDP family, while celebrating some very exciting personal milestones as members of our team became parents.
It’s been a year full of celebrations and togetherness, from staff achievements winning dentistry team of the year in Lincolnshire to festive moments shared as a team. We were proud to support important causes too — wearing pink for Cancer Research, and walking many miles to raise awareness and funds for Mouth Cancer, and baking our hearts out for Macmillan showing our commitment to health beyond the dental chair.
Our Dental Nurses visited local schools in our community educating pupils on the importance of oral health and looking after your teeth.
We’re also delighted to share that we recently had a very successful CQC inspection and are proud to say that we passed! This reflects the hard work and dedication of our entire team in delivering safe, high-quality care to our patients.
We finished the year celebrating in style at Christmas, marking the perfect end to an incredible year of teamwork, care, and community.
Thank you to our wonderful patients and our amazing team for being part of everything we do.
