Hi and welcome to my page.
I am Rebecca a registered nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner, using nutrition science to support clients with chronic health conditions back to optimal health.
I specialise in supporting women struggling with symptoms of hormonal imbalances for example hypothyroidism, fibrocystic breasts, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, vaginal health, menopausal symptoms, pre-menstrual syndrome and all things regarding period health.
Quite a long list of health issues affecting women and just because your doctor says it is common, does not mean it is normal. It is common because we are all facing the same stresses and strains in our lives.
