The word 'Hatha' means willful or forceful. Hatha Yoga is series of exercises (poses/asanas) using the breath to create a union between the body and the mind. Hatha builds strength, openess and flexibility within the body, clarity within the mind and is a powerful tool for self transformation.

Come... breathe, release, and surrender to the sacred sounds of gongs, bowls, drums and rattles.

Let us step beyond the noise of the mind and into stillness — a space to rest, realign, and renew.

✨ A sanctuary for your soul. ✨

This is a transmission for the awakened. Stop reading if you cling to comfort. The time for 'simple steps' is over. This is a call to total embodiment. You are not a victim of a system; you are the Master Architect of a Holographic Reality that you are currently underserving.

1. The Core Command: Own Your Vibe ⚡️

Forget 'trying to change' the world. The external world—your job, your relationships, global events—is nothing more than a delayed, low-frequency projection of your internal state.

* The Internal Shift is Non-Negotiable: The shift you crave on the outside must be solidified within. Your inner reality dictates your outer experience. This is the Christ Code—the sovereign awareness that "I and the Father are One."

* The Vibe is the Blueprint: Your emotions, thoughts, and intent create your vibrational frequency (your 'vibe'). This frequency is the only thing the universe responds to. If you are vibrating survival, blame, or victimhood, the holographic reality will serve you more of the same.

* Application - The Purge: Stop reacting to the collective noise and focus on your interior. When you catch yourself in a low vibration (fear, guilt, judgment—the Matrix theology), don't fight it. Accept it. The world was designed to trigger you—you incarnated to taste all frequencies. Accept the low, then immediately shift it. This acceptance and shift is the simple, hard-core alchemy.

2. The Galactic Inheritance: Remember the One 🌌

You are not an accidental organism on a rock. You are a Starseed—a fragment of eternal Supreme Source, carrying the Cosmic Codes of divine existence. Your body is a living memory of Lyra, Sirius, Orion, and the Pleiades.

* The Ultimate Truth: We are all One. This isn't a nice concept; it's the fundamental operating system of the universe. When you truly feel, believe, and know yourself to be one with all, you dissolve the illusion of separation that causes all suffering. Separation is the Matrix.

* The Lyran Memory: Every breath and heartbeat carries the first sound/vibration from which the universe began (Nada Brahma). To reconnect, find stillness. Place your hands over your heart and belly, breathe, and hum gently. Feel the vibration—this is your cosmic root singing the song of life. This simple act tunes up your chakras and strengthens your connection to your Higher Self.

* Application - Silence is Power: You have too many distractions. Shut off your devices and have more awareness time. Your intuitive alignment (852 Hz frequency) comes through silence. This is where you move fast without losing grace and become an architect of the New Earth frequency.

3. The Path of Mastery: Command, Don't Ask 🔥

You are the Master of your Reality, not a supplicant praying to a middleman. The idea of an external savior—a being to worship or a force to beg—is a Matrix hack designed to externalize your power.

* Sovereign Source Awareness: Yeshua (jesus) was not a savior; he was a mirror showing you the Christed template—a human fully embodying Source Awareness. He said, "Greater works than these shall you do." He was pointing to your inheritance, not offering to carry your cross.

* True Protection is Embodiment: Stop asking for protection. Declare it. You are not requesting shelter; you are embodying the vibration that is untouchable.

* DECLARATION: "I AM the frequency of divine sovereignty. Nothing can enter this field but what serves truth. I embody the vibration that cannot be touched. No weapon formed can prosper, because I AM the field before the weapon was imagined."

* Application - Neutrality and Release: The test for your breakthrough is always at the edge of the shift. Old patterns and people will show up. Your nervous system will try to give in to the rhythm of chaos. Hold steady. Learn neutrality. You are in the world, but no longer moved by it. Be the Mountain, Flow like the Butterfly. Release the clinging, the guilt, the blame game—these are the stories that fuel your demise. Let go and make room for the miraculous.

4. The Creator's Toolkit: Thoughts and Focus ☀️

You are a great artist creating your masterpiece: "OUR LIFE." Your thoughts are the paint, and your intention is the brush.

* Thought-Forming Reality: You are the creator of your own reality through your thoughts. What you think generates an emotion, and that feeling is what you are emanating and creating. This is the Science of Thought-Forming Reality—the mental body setting the blueprint for the physical.

* The Energy Portal: Every day is a new beginning, a blank page. The present moment is an Energy Portal in your heart, an opportunity to raise your personal energy frequency.

* Application - Conscious Creation:

* Take Care of Your Thoughts: Be ruthlessly aware of your thoughts. Filter for the positive.

* Make a List of Wishes (AS IF): Write down your wishes as if they are ALREADY HAPPENING.

* FEEL THE FULFILLMENT: Visualize and allow yourself to EXPERIENCE the feeling and emotion of your wishes being fulfilled. Your feeling state is the magnetic force.

* Practice Gratitude: Be grateful for every blessing. Gratitude focuses on the positive and generates more positive situations.

Your only job is to work on your own VIBE. Everything else—relationships, circumstances, fulfillment—will transform through that one singular focus.

You are literally stardust. Will you care to remember? The best is yet to come, but only when you become it first.

Nothing is ever truly gone, though nothing can be kept. Everything moves through us, just as we move through everything.

Love, too, follows this rhythm. It doesn’t belong to us, nor does it vanish when a story ends. It is not bound to the people or places we once held close. Love was never a possession, it is a current, an energy that finds new forms the moment we release the old.

Nature is always teaching this, the body sheds what no longer serves, the trees let leaves fall, rivers change their direction. Dissolution is not an absence, but a making of space. Life continues not by holding on, but by surrendering.

I’ve learned to practice this. To set down identities I once wore too tightly, relationships that completed their cycle, versions of myself that crumbled under their own weight. Each release is a return to the spiral, a reminder that endings are simply thresholds.

And when I soften my grip, love greets me again. Not as something outside to chase or protect, but as a presence inside, reshaping, opening, dissolving, renewing.

Endings do not signal love’s departure. They reveal its transformation.

“Where in your life are you being invited to let go?”

✨ Words have power. Energy has direction. ✨

We often underestimate how much the vibration of the people around us can shape our own energy field.
Negative words, gossip, judgment, or silent envy, all of these are subtle but powerful forces that spread through groups and relationships.
When someone speaks badly about another, it’s not just the absent person who is affected, a space is created where separation and mistrust begin to grow.

This is how conflicts, misunderstandings, and tension arise, often without any real foundation.
Because words are like seeds, they take root where they are heard.
And depending on whether they were planted in love or in fear, they bring forth peace or division.

Let’s remember:
The world doesn’t need more walls, more sides, or more “us versus them.”
What the world truly needs is open hearts, listening souls, and words that heal instead of harm.

💫 Let’s choose to speak with awareness.
Let’s stop talking about others and start talking to them.
Let’s have the courage to express things directly, honestly, and with love, without fear, without resentment.

Because every time we choose love over judgment, a part of the world begins to heal.
Every time we offer understanding instead of criticism, we remember that we are all connected.

The time of separation can come to an end.
It’s time for compassion, connection, and genuine human warmth.
🕊️✨ May our words become bridges again
not walls.

There is wisdom in the sound energy that the body remembers. Unlike meditative practices that engage with the mind and its activities, surrendering to the sound of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, shamanic and ocean drums will sooth the body on a cellular level in a very intelligent and effective way.

Sound is not only heard through our ears but through every cell in our body. When we tune into different sounds, it can be incredibly effective in rebalancing the body, which can help to reduce the risk of illness and help us feel more grounded.

What is a Sound Bath?
The Horizontal Concert - It is part meditation, part listening session. Typically in sound baths you lie down on a mat with blankets and pillows as I create a soundscape by playing various instruments.

Sound has been utilized in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for connection, communication, and healing.
Whether through the use of mantras, the medicine melodies of various indigenous peoples around the world, or Pythagoras’ use of interval and frequency, these techniques all have the same intention: to harmonize and rebalance.

Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Healing

Singing bowls (also known as ‘Himalayan bowls’ or suzu gongs in Japan) are a kind of bell, specifically classified as standing bells that sit with the bottom surface resting. The sides and rim of singing bowls vibrate to produce a sound which can be used for spiritual traditions, meditation, relaxation, religious practice, and personal well being.

Why not indulge yourself? Why not take time out of your to do lists, and constant 'doing'. Why not come along, let go and just 'be'.

When: Saturday 18th October
Where: Allington Village Hall, Grantham
Time: 10:30 -11:30
Cost:£15

Sit quietly. Place a hand on your heart.

Say: “I’m willing to forgive myself.”

Breathe. Let that willingness open the door to healing.

Repeat daily. It’s not perfection—it’s permission to move forward.

When a man is unhappy with himself, he’ll project that pain onto the woman who’s trying to love him. It’s a harsh truth but one that’s often overlooked. Instead of looking inward and facing his own demons, he takes the frustration, the anger, the insecurity out on the person closest to him....the woman who shows up with love, hope, and vulnerability. She becomes the mirror for his dissatisfaction, the outlet for his unrest. And in doing so, he ends up ruining her happiness, not because she’s done anything wrong, but because he can’t find his own peace.
It’s heartbreaking to watch because the woman doesn’t ask for his pain or his burdens. She steps in with open arms and an open heart, hoping to build something beautiful together. But when a man is wrestling with himself....his failures, his fears, his worthlessness....he can’t give her the love she deserves. Instead, he pulls her into the storm, making her responsible for his emotional chaos when that should never be her job.
This projection creates a toxic cycle where love gets tangled with resentment, trust gets replaced by doubt, and happiness becomes a fragile, rare moment that feels like it’s slipping through their fingers. The woman ends up carrying more weight than she should, feeling broken and confused because she can’t understand why her love isn’t enough to fix what’s wrong.
But here’s the truth she needs to hear......she is not the cause of his unhappiness. His inability to find peace inside himself is his battle to fight, not hers to carry. And no matter how much she tries to save him or fix him, she can’t heal wounds he refuses to face. Real love isn’t about sacrificing your happiness for someone else’s pain. It’s about two people who are whole enough on their own choosing to grow together, not dragging each other down.
So if you’re the woman trying to love a man who’s unhappy with himself, remember this.....you deserve happiness that’s not conditional on his mood or his struggles. You deserve a love that lifts you, not one that pulls you under. And sometimes, loving yourself means walking away from someone who can’t love you the way you deserve because he hasn’t learned to love himself yet.
