Visiting Angels Lincolnshire

Visiting Angels Lincolnshire Premium home care service across Grantham, Newark-on-Trent, Melton Mowbray, Bourne, and nearby villages in Lincolnshire.

From companionship to daily support, we help people live well at home. Welcome to Visiting Angels Lincolnshire. As local residents of the area, we are delighted to offer a premium home care service to the people in our community. We provide a range of care, from companionship, to social care. Our aim is to support people to continue to stay in the comfort of their own home. We focus on including caregivers from your local area, so they easily become part of your community. This helps our caregivers understand your specific neighbourhood, and it also allows us to offer our services well, even in faraway places. An essential part of our service is to give you a choice of caregiver matched to your own specific care needs, hobbies, pastimes and interests. We introduce you to our matched Caregiver before home care starts, so that you can get to know them and decide if they are the right fit for you. It is important that long-term relationships are built so that you trust the Angels that you invite into your homes and enjoy being in their company.

Visiting Angels Lincolnshire provides trusted local home care designed around the individual. You are not simply allocated a caregiver. You choose someone carefully matched to your personality and lifestyle. Every visit lasts a minimum of one hour, giving time for meaningful conversation as well as practical help. There are no uniforms, because support should feel relaxed, respectful and personal.

Angel Talk - A relaxed and welcoming check-in session where carers can introduce themselves and share recent experiences, challenges, or positive moments from their caring journey. Angel Talk provides a safe and non-judgmental space where everyone feels heard, valued, and understood. It offers an opportunity for carers to exchange practical tips, advice, and encouragement, often finding comfort and reassurance from others who truly relate to their experiences. The session also includes time for tea, coffee, and informal conversation, helping to build friendships, strengthen peer support, and reduce feelings of isolation.

Today, we are at the Asda Grantham Superstore, meeting members of the local community and sharing how we support people to stay independent in their own homes. Our stand is a welcoming space to ask questions, learn about home care, and hear about local job opportunities.

Being visible and accessible in the community supports Visiting Angels’ Mission 2030 by strengthening local care, supporting our carers, and helping clients live better at home.

Spent the whole day yesterday with the brilliant Kat Gardner-Whitney, Area Development Manager of 👑

So much value packed into one day. From deep dives into compliance to smart, practical conversations about growing the business the right way. The knowledge, the clarity, the experience. Honestly priceless.

Grateful for the guidance, the time, and the inspiration.

Today we are in Morrisons at the Isaac Newton Shopping Centre in Grantham, meeting members of the local community and talking about care at home.

Just behind our Visiting Angels table is a bench dedicated to George R Garrett. A quiet but powerful reminder that every community is built on the lives, stories, and contributions of individuals who mattered deeply to those around them.

At Visiting Angels, what we do is rooted in that same belief. Care is not just about tasks or routines. It is about recognising the person, their history, their dignity, and the impact they have had on family and community. Every client has a story worth honouring.

Being here today feels especially fitting. A place where people pause, reflect, shop, chat, and connect. Exactly where conversations about staying independent, supported, and comfortable at home should happen.

If you are in the centre today, please feel free to stop by, say hello, and have a chat with us. Sometimes it is the smallest moments of connection that mean the most.
