Grantham Health Store and Silverlane Foods Stamford We are mostly focussed on running our two shops, one in Stamford, the other in Grantham. Ruth has worked and run health shops from the age of 16.

Our time used in maintaining Facebook and other social media is limited. Please try to contact us using email: granthamhealth@gmail.com or by phone or by visiting the shops. She has an extensive knowledge of health foods with a specialist interest in vegetarian/vegan cooking. Adrian is a qualified Nutritional Therapist and gives free advice in the shop. The shop stocks a wide range of goods covering many areas of health and beauty. These include: gluten free foods, wheat free foods, dairy free foods, diabetic foods, vegan foods, vegetarian foods, chemical free mineral based cosmetics, chemical free body care, natural hair dye, aromatherapy, soaps, flower remedies, books, crystals, magnetic bracelets, chemical free cleaning products, teas, coffee, delicatessen lines, chilled and frozen, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, nutriceuticals, multivitamins, herbals, glucosamine, sports protein, glutamine, creatine, energy drinks, weight loss, homeopathy, flower remedies and tissue salts.

The Stamford shop is open from 9-1pm Mon-Sat for the time being.

The Grantham Shop is open till 5pm for the present, although we may decide to close at 3pm at some point.
