Note no class on the first Monday due to an event in the hall.
Going forward the Boat talks start again so classes on in smaller
Hall on those dates.
Classes will only be released a month before so book early or pm

Due to popular demand there will be two callanetics classes per week in July.
Monday 6-7 boat hall 7/14/21
Wednesday 6-7 boat hall 2/16/23
Do all six and feel the difference. £6 per class.

Our blissful yummy Yin is on Friday 18th July, 6-7.30pm in the boat hall.

Classes must be booked and notice must be given if you can no longer attend. 24hrs for callanetics but 48hr notice for yin. Please respect the notification period so others can join as there is usually a wait list.

Yin this month is with a gathering for a fermented feast after class. Our chef Hannah Taylor is already busy fermenting all kinds of fabulous food.
This class will be 1hr of yin followed by a gathering to eat chat and nourish.’
Class is full.
