With all the snow ❄️ this afternoon we kept nice and cosy within Grandview. A few games of dominoes, where our Anne won every game! 😳She is obviously very modest as she said she was not that good. 🧐😂
And our Jean creating some beautiful pictures to share with everyone and makes us smile. 😊

Simon enjoying a brisk outing to check on his prized possession. His mother’s Morris Minor 1000 which she purchased in 1967. No mod cons here, as it has a crank handle starter! 😳
But don’t worry as Simon did assure me that his mother paid the extra £5 to have heating installed. 😂

Saturday at Grandview saw our main festivities get under way with the official Christmas Party. The music was different class with Tony Henry (www.tonyhenry.co.uk) from Tony Henry Highland Voices. In true Grandview style we of course had a birthday to celebrate too. Happy Birthday Eileen!

Once again we have been blown away by the generosity shown to our residents and staff. This time it comes from Balmenach Distillery (https://www.caorunngin.com/age-verification) Today they donated whisky, gin, books and lots more. As well as this they made a VERY healthy contribution towards this years festivities in Grandview.
So, to everyone at Balmenach Distillery, we would like to thank you for your overwhelming act of kindness, and wish you all a very Merry Christmas.
