SUCCESS at the GREAT BRITISH CARE AWARDS 2025!

After a wonderful evening celebrating the excellence in the care sector we can happily announce that Jayne Britchfield came 2nd in the Care Assessor Category (highly commended).

With great detail imbedded into her person centred care plans we are not surprised at her achievement and celebrated the night away.

Pardeep was classed as being in the Top 10 of Homecare Newcomer which is exceptional.
Patricia was classed as being in the Top 8 in the Recruitment, Retention and Recognition Award Category and Zander Mackenzie Care UK was classed in the Top 12 of the Home Care Employer Award.

We now focus on achieving the same success in the 2026 awards next year.

Today is the day! The South East Great British Care Awards are Tonight! Good Luck to the 3 staff members who are up for awards. You are all winners in our eyes. The office will be closing early at 2pm so that we can make the journey to Brighton. Can we replicate Teresa's success's from 2023? Only time will tell. Pictures and videos will follow. Until then please keep your fingers and toes crossed for us!

With one week to go until the Great British Care Awards take place in Brighton, things are ramping up at Zander Mackenzie HQ.

To summarise, we have been put forward for 4 awards, these include:

* Best Homecare Employer Award
* 3R's Award (Retention, Recruitment and Recognition)
* Care Assessor/ Care Planner Award
* Best Newcomer Awards

Hotels, Clothing and travelling plans have all been chosen.

We would like to thank all those who put us forward for such prestigious awards. Win or Lose it is an honour to be nominated and attend such events. Good luck to the competition. Until then we continue to focus on the day to day care of our amazing customers and support to all staff.
