I sometimes get asked how I did on the scales this week and what I eat.

Well this week gone was a fully on plan week, using my new 12 week journal and planning everything.

I lost 7 lbs! Even better than I planned - I was aiming for a 4 lb loss.

Well today was said to be Blue Monday - but we certainly didn't feel blue in group today.

We had 3 half stone awards flying out and a brand new Target member losing over 2 and half stone on her journey.

We had a good ole giggle with a fun quiz today and a fantastic raffle prize of Teriyaki Chicken with ginger & rice for three people to take home.

Losing weight doesn't have to feel miserable - join one of my groups - any of my groups and I guarantee you won't be feeling blue by the time you walk back out of the door.
