I’ve been sorting through my wardrobe this weekend… and wow, what a journey.
Out go the things that are:

✨ Too big since I slimmed
✨ Too worn, too old, too “I’ve worn this to death”
✨ Too out of style
✨ Too “what was I thinking?”

And you know what?
It feels good.
Not just because I’m making space — but because every single item is going to our Cancer Research Clothes Throw, where one woman’s hand‑offs become another woman’s golden treasure.

We have gone full on Cherry crazy this week!

This was our raffle prize - a box of bars, a handy summer fruits storage box from B&M Stores , a Cherry Pepsi MAX and a super tasty Cherry Bakewell flavoured Oat Pantry granola which is 35g for a Healthy Extra fibre portion.

🍒 I sold 195 boxes of bars ... that's 1170 actual individual bars of Cherrylicious Hifi goodness in my members hands (or mouths 😆)

A healthy handy treat bar with full on Cherry Bakewell vibes

🍒 but if you missed out or perhaps have snuffled your purchases already, I have replenished my stock and there will be plenty more in group this week.

So I asked my members recently to describe me in three words… expecting “talks a lot” or “likes a list”.

Instead I got: leader, hilarious, caring, fun, motivating, grounded, lovely, authentic, supportive, beautiful, empathetic, down to earth, sexy (steady on🤣), and — my personal favourite — cowgirl 🤠🌶

And then someone threw in totally blinking awesome, which I’m absolutely keeping 🥰

But here’s the bit that matters:
These words aren’t really about me. They’re about what we’ve built together — a space where people feel safe, encouraged, and seen.

If being a slightly nutty, flamboyant, supportive cowgirl of a leader helps you feel braver each week… then I’m doing something right.
