Comfortable beds blankets and pillows are provided and you will walk away with a Christmas goody bag!!

After you are fully relaxed we will nourish you with food and herbal teas 🍲 ☕️

With shamanic influences from the tribes of the amazon we will use sacred sounds and shamanic sprays to lift the soul and promote internal healing.

Soundbaths are known to relieve the body of stress so that we can heal our bodies and minds naturally.

They are amazing for stress abd anxiety, sleep problems, blood pressure issues, cell renewal, and more, plus taking tine for ourselves is just so crucial for our overall wellbeing ❤️
