Why choose a 1-2-1 yoga session ? One of my current clients shared this update from her Smart ring, which gives some amazing information from one of our sessions. A private 1-2-1 class develops a range of practices tailor-made to suit your needs, helping you feel stronger, energised, and more flexible with a greater range of movement. We can focus on breathing and relaxation techniques that can help create a sense of calm and balance and reduce stress. We work at your own pace in a way that is suitable for you. As we head towards the manic time that is Christmas, remember to take some time for yourself. Even a short ten minute breathing practice can help us to be present and bring a sense of calm🀍. Also there are always cats 🐈 😁
