Belinda Emberson is a British Wheel of yoga (BWY) teacher and has been practising for over 25 years. Belinda started her training and teaching in 2002 qualifying with the BWY in September 2004, going on to undertake additional training modules with the BWY in: Pregnancy, Meditation and Foundation Course Training. She holds the ITEC qualification in Anatomy Physiology and the PTTLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) teaching qualification. Belinda is a BWY Diploma Course Tutor running teacher training courses enabling yogi's to become teachers. She is also currently the Foundation Course Officer for the BWY assisting tutors who wish to deliver foundation courses.

Belinda's classes are a mixture of dynamic and static yoga asana, with emphasis on alignment, flexibility and strength, working towards the postures in stages in order to produce the best practice for each and every individual.
