At my Gravesend Slimming World group we don’t chase vague, all-or-nothing goals.
We focus on small, steady steps - because they’re the ones that actually stick 💪🏽
If self-doubt creeps in (and it will), remember:

This mindset applies to so many areas of life - not just weight loss - and it’s something I truly believe in for every one of my Amazing Members 💗

💧 Hydrate with every meal and snack
🍗 Prioritise Protein & Speed Free Food at meals and Free Food snacks to stay satisfied
🚶♀️ Move your body for just 15 minutes every day - think lunges while doing the cooking/cleaning cooking 🥘
dance like no one’s watching 💃even if you sat in a chair 🪑 or just an extra walk around the block 🚶🏼♀️
No pressure. No perfection. Just doable steps that add up ✨
