For some customers, care means more than routine, it means feeling safe, even when everything else changes. 💙

When someone living with more complex care needs faces a sudden change in their environment, it can feel unsettling. Home is often a source of comfort, stability, and familiarity.

But while surroundings may shift, the care doesn’t have to.

💙 Quality of Care Should Never Be an Afterthought 💙

We had to share this story.

One of our clients was recently referred to us by the local authority, but after a short period of care, the package was taken away and given to another agency purely based on price.

The client cried. The family pleaded. But unfortunately, they were told there was no way to keep Caremark, because we were not the cheapest option.

We understand we are not the lowest cost provider. We never aim to be. We invest in proper training, fair carer pay, supervision and time to care. We do this because quality of care matters, regardless of who pays the bill.

And this client knew it.

After repeatedly raising concerns and voicing their wish to return to us, they finally succeeded. The local authority agreed, and the client came back to us, where they feel safe, valued and supported.

We are proud to stand by our standards.
We are proud to deliver care that families trust.
And we are so glad to welcome this client home.
