Join me, Verity, for a soul-nourishing evening of connection and grounding.
Give yourself permission to slow down, clear your mind, reduce anxiety, and come into alignment with your higher self.

Help yourself to a cup of herbal tea and get cosy as we move through grounding practices, meditation, reflective journaling, and a deeply relaxing sound bath to support energetic release and the realignment of your chakras (energy centres within the body).

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or something padded to lie on, along with a blanket and pillow for comfort.
A limited number of yoga mats are available to borrow—please ask in advance if you’d like to reserve one.

I’m so excited to share the evolution of my healing work with you 🤍

What was once known as Quantum Reiki has now transformed into Quantum Soul Healing.
As I’ve continued to heal, grow, and expand within my own energy field, the sessions I offer have naturally deepened, working at a much higher frequency and connecting more profoundly with the soul.

Each Quantum Soul Healing session is a deeply intuitive and guided experience. No two sessions are ever the same, as I work uniquely with your body, your energy, and your spirit guides.

We begin by gently exploring how you’re feeling - physically, emotionally, and energetically - before moving into a relaxed, grounded state where the healing begins.

During the session, I tune into your energy field and allow myself to be fully guided. I may work hands-on or off the body, depending on what is needed, and channel light language through my voice and hands. These transmissions bring through high-frequency healing codes to help clear stagnant energy, limiting beliefs, and past or emotional trauma held within your system.
I also incorporate sound healing where guided. Using frequency and vibration to support your body and energy field in exactly the way it needs in that moment.

Once the clearing work has taken place, I realign your chakras and recalibrate your energy field, bringing you back into balance and harmony.

Each session is around 2 hours long.
