We have a fantastic line up for you on Sunday 8th March at Canterbury Cricket Ground, Old Dover Road, Canterbury CT1 3NZ. The event runs from 11am - 4pm, there's loads of free parking and close to public transport. Refreshments are available from the bar.

Join me, Verity, for a soul-nourishing evening of connection and grounding.
Give yourself permission to slow down, clear your mind, reduce anxiety, and come into alignment with your higher self.

Help yourself to a cup of herbal tea and get cosy as we move through grounding practices, meditation, reflective journaling, and a deeply relaxing sound bath to support energetic release and the realignment of your chakras (energy centres within the body).

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or something padded to lie on, along with a blanket and pillow for comfort.
A limited number of yoga mats are available to borrow—please ask in advance if you’d like to reserve one.
