With over seven years of international yoga teaching and a deep understanding of pregnancy and postpartum recovery, Giuliana brings a powerful blend of expertise, empathy, and evidence-based care. 💪💜

A warm welcome to Emily, a wonderful Physiotherapist, who has joined our amazing Team!

Emily has always been drawn to movement and recovery, growing up surrounded by horses, dogs, and an active lifestyle. Her love for sports—especially rugby—fueled her passion for physiotherapy, helping people stay strong, recover, and get back to what they love.

With a Physiotherapy degree from Bournemouth University and a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy, she combines hands-on treatment, exercise, and education to support long-term recovery. She’s worked with everyone from athletes and post-surgery patients to those managing everyday aches and pains.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her pitch-side as a rehab physiotherapist for Old Brockleians RFC and Harlequins Academy RFC. She knows firsthand how tough injuries can be, and she’s here to help you move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what you love.

⭐️Post C section and Visceral treatment ⭐️

When I started to edit these photos to align next to each other I felt slightly disheartened that the images couldn’t display how effective the treatment was for our Twin mama . But I soon realised I was trying to align the actual bloated surfaces with the less bloated surfaces and it’s only when I saw her Eagle’s Eye that I realised what a HUGE DIFFERENCE these photos revealed! 🤩

She could move a tonne better and now we can see why! 🙌💜

Thank goodness for Tattoos!😝

FOOT DROP since aged 9!

This lovely lady FRACTURED her leg when she was just 9 years old and as soon as they put the pin in her leg she got FOOT DROP!

So for the past nearly 30 YEARS! she’s not been able to lift her ankle and foot past the point in the first clip.😱

She’s had ‘experts’ look at it and exercises prescribed, they even offered filling the scars with FILLER! as that’s the only thing they could offer her…because they BELIEVED there was NOTHING more that could be done! 🙄

Imagine my surprise when she explained she’d NEVER had any MANUAL therapy on it….😳😳😳
…and she still has pins and needles, shooting pains from around her leg…. All signs to me that this leg WANTS to WAKE UP! 👋

I just had to get her in as a Model for our Team to work on ☺️🙌💜

We found SO much to work on, we couldn’t actually fit it all into the hour! So bare in mind this is just SOME of the manual therapy that she’s received and she could have had a TONNE more!

Look closely at the BEFORE and AFTER video and you can clearly see she has now achieved a RIGHT angle at her ankle! ACTIVELY!

This is HUGE for something that’s been present for YEARS!!
