After a week of headaches, feeling really down, and (a lot) of tears, I knew I needed to slow down and take care of myself. Yesterday my self-care looked like a massage, (from Product Therapy) and honestly it was exactly what my body and mind needed. πββοΈβ¨
Last night I slept so much better, and today Iβm already feeling more positive and like myself again.
Sometimes we forget how powerful it is to simply pause, breathe, and allow ourselves the time to rest and reset. Self-care isnβt selfish β itβs necessary. π
