Another 55lb loss, that’s just under 4 stone in one week. Some amazing awards given out as well with one of our members achieving her 6 stone award which she as achieved in 1 year in group 😊

In both our groups next week we are celebrating our greatest loser for 2026.

We have recorded the top 15 from both our groups and in total the 30 members have lost in a region of 109 stone between them 🥰

Can’t wait to announce the winner in our groups and listen to some inspiration stories.

Our last years overall winner was announced at our awards ceremony in Birmingham and Kenny was the winner, with a total loss of 22st 8.5lb. A true inspiration for everyone ❤️

You will never feel restricted when on Slimming World. You can still eat out, and lose weight at the same time.

Kush's Cafe is a local cafe to us and they have been kind enough to allow us to promote our groups and we can’t recommend them enough. Great food and great staff, what more do you need? Check out the reviews for yourself.

From breakfasts to Main meals they have something for everyone. Try them for yourself, and let them know you saw this post.

I done slimming world a few years ago and did really well I decided to rejoin because I wasn’t happy with my weight I’m absolutely amazed with my loss this week and what a fantastic group it is thank you making me feel welcome 🤗 even though I went red as a tomato 😂😂

My first week back was amazing. I have been with slimming world for a long time and I know it works. Due to personal circumstances I haven't been able to attend group. I'm so happy to be back we have a fantastic beechdale group, and I'm sure that goes for all other groups so my advice to people is come join slimming world you won't regret it 😊

Well I've gotta say getting on those scales the 1st time in years was terrifying. I was hoping with every fibre crossed for a maximum of 3lb. But not only did I smash the 3lb and my half a stone, I smashed a massive 9.5lb loss. I got in the car after weighing in , looked at my hubby and just started crying. These were happy tears. So I have got to say a massive thank you to karlton for every pound I lost. The thing I've enjoyed the most is trying new foods and rediscovering old favourites. The group on WhatsApp has been so helpful too such a lovely bunch of people.

I would just like to say I was so nervous about starting slimming world but everyone made me feel so welcome and so relaxed about it. Karlton is so helpful. He gave me so much good advice and helped me with my planning. All the ladies and gentlemen there are lovely and friendly. I just look forward to going now each week.
