Abbie’s story is nothing short of inspirational – in just six months, she’s lost an incredible 3st 8lbs (22.7kg) 🙌! How amazing is that?

She’s fallen in love with learning about our healthy eating plan, discovering that she didn’t have to give up the foods she loves to get the results she wanted 🍝. From Thursday 4th September we will be moving back to our old venue at St Chads Church Hall, Edison Road.

On behalf of myself, Scott & the entire group we would like to thank The Magic Lantern for allowing us to use the function room for the past few months and what was at very short notice.
