Some weeks the motivation is sky-high… and other weeks it’s hiding under the sofa with the biscuits.

If you’re having a dip in motivation on your Slimming World journey, you’re absolutely not alone. It happens to everyone. Progress isn’t a straight line – it’s a series of ups, downs, wobbles and wins. 💫

When motivation drops, I try to remember:
✨ Why I started
✨ How far I’ve already come
✨ How good I feel when I’m looking after myself

You don’t have to be perfect to keep going. Sometimes the win is simply making the next meal a good one, getting back to your Food Optimising basics, or just showing up again to group.

Small steps still move you forward.

If your motivation has dipped this week, be kind to yourself and keep going – because the only real way to fail is to stop completely.

Top tips on how to make healthy treats even more fruity:

🍓 Add berries or bananas to your breakfast, with yogurt, cereal or even French toast.

🍍 Ice lollies! Homemade fruit lollies are the most refreshing way to get fruity, I’ve included a link below for inspiration.

🍊 Salad: pomegranate seeds, apple, orange slices bring a flavour sensation you won’t know you needed!
