One of the benefits of being mobile is enjoying views like this between clients 🌳

I was running a little early this afternoon so found somewhere to pull over and stop for a drink and some fresh air. I often see deer along this route too!

✨What is Reflexology Lymph Drainage?✨

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is a reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet and aims to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body.

It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay, initially developed for secondary lymphoedema.

It’s very peaceful as my youngest started nursery last week and I’ve actually got a bit of time to myself between appointments now. It’s not all relaxing though - there’s plenty on my to do list!

Very excited to say that I have now completed training in Maternity Reflexology!

This AOR approved course contained a thorough theory section on each trimester, as well as teaching practical routines for a wide range of pregnancy conditions from morning sickness to pelvic girdle pain.

I’ll be adding more information to my website soon and looking for two participants for case studies - watch this space if interested!

Due to a cancellation, I have a last minute appointment available at 9:30 tomorrow (Friday 28th).

For foot reflexology, this would need to be within 10 minutes of Great Blakenham, but I could travel further for hand or facial reflexology. This is to allow me time to get to my next client.

Back to work today after a long weekend of coffee, baking and walks in the snow ❄️

I’m starting the week with a relaxing facial reflexology session this morning, followed by a mixture of foot and hand reflexology over the next few days.
