Whether you’re preparing for birth or easing back into movement after your little one has arrived, this class supports you through every stage of your motherhood journey. Each session focuses on gentle strength, mobility, and core connection, helping you feel balanced, confident, and at ease in your body.
For postnatal mums, you’re welcome to bring your baby along - as long as they’re pre-crawling, they can rest beside you on a mat, in a bouncer, or with their favourite toys.
Led by a fully qualified prenatal and postnatal yoga instructor, classes are designed with your needs in mind, with plenty of options and adaptations to suit your body and stage of pregnancy or recovery. You can join during pregnancy and anytime from your 6-week GP check-up after birth (10–12 weeks following a caesarean) until your little one starts to crawl.
