With the new term starting in June, I have a couple of spaces left.

Intermediate mat Pilates - Wednesdays 10.15am St Alphege Hall, Lower Road, Effingham.

This is a challenging class, using various pieces of equipment and heavier weights to help build strength, stability and quality of movement.
