Patients with heart failure can now receive care from the comfort of their homes, thanks to remote monitoring technology from and the dedicated teams at LUHFT and Mersey Care

Since May 2022, over 1,200 patients have benefited from this innovative service, reducing hospital stays and improving recovery outcomes.

It's Week – the UK’s biggest blood pressure testing event and awareness week, with 'pressure stations' offering free blood pressure checks to help prevent heart attacks and strokes.

Did you know that our opportunistic screening approach proactively identifies people at risk of undiagnosed conditions, including heart disease and strokes. We’re able to collect and analyse health data from devices such as ECG monitors and blood pressure cuffs which allows for early intervention, preventing serious conditions and reducing hospital admissions.

By enabling healthcare teams to act sooner, opportunistic screening helps manage patient care proactively and improves overall health outcomes.
