The Sacred Becoming

There is a moment in every soul’s journey where everything falls apart — not because you are broken, but because you are becoming.

The caterpillar does not resist the cocoon. It surrenders to the mystery, dissolving all it has known. It doesn’t understand wings yet, but somewhere deep within, it trusts that there is more. That it is meant for more.

Transformation is not graceful. It is sacred destruction. It is confusion and aching silence, the shedding of skins, identities, illusions. It is being held in the dark with no guarantee — only the whisper of an ancient knowing that your becoming is inevitable.

You are not lost.
You are in the chrysalis.

The discomfort you feel is the alchemy of the Divine working within you. The heaviness is sacred weight — shaping your wings, rewriting your destiny. Your soul is rearranging itself to hold more light.

There is nothing wrong with you for feeling weary.
There is nothing wrong with you for questioning everything.

Just hold on.
Just keep breathing.
Just keep trusting.

Because one day soon, you will emerge.
Not as who you were, but as who you were always meant to be — radiant, whole, and free.

It’s a shame the heads fallen off of the dog that Tegan drew in the top left hand corner. I remember saying to her “where are we gonna find a dog like that?!” Scroll to the next picture for the proof that we did 🐾

I’d always wanted a house in the countryside with a massive garden and that’s exactly what we got (the picture doesn’t do it justice). Initially it was a bit of a culture shock after moving from but, it was exactly what we had dreamed.

It didn’t feel like it at the time but looking back I see that we were right in the mist of a miracle. Living the life that I’d dreamt of as a little girl and giving my children the life I’d dreamed of for them.

But, it seems the universe had other plans. We had to move unexpectedly and I didn’t know how I was gonna get from the depts of North Essex back to London.

What I did know is that I wanted a 3 bed house with a downstairs toilet and space in the kitchen for a dishwasher and a decent sized garden 🏡

It looked and felt impossible but, I gave myself a timeframe (12 months), worked with the trusted my inner guidance AND 10 months after setting the intention I’d exactly what I’d wanted.

I did that during one of the most difficult times of my life. So, let this be your that you can whatever you want, no matter how impossible it seems.

Don’t give up, just get clear on what it is you want and know that by Divine Right it is yours! 💗✨
