I Thought I’d do a re-introduction post,
Before I start everyones so quick to ask me goals this year which is amazing but my one thing is to be magnetic 🧲 be the BEST VERSION of yourself for YOU
So I’m back training & booking in happy things in the diary whilst finding my grove for 2026✨🥂
My name is Megan, everyone calls me Meg.
I was brought up in Reading/London but all the family are scousers including my parents. It’s boss being the only southerner tbh- love to be different.💁♀️
I’ve always been the go getter & thinking crazy goals ever since I was in school and college. Whilst some of you know me on a more personal level on my days off love to hike, try new things, boxing, netball and most importantly dreaming of that next flight ✈️
I did a BTEC Sport & Exercise course in college and fast tracked to a 3 month dipoloma in Oxford focusing on
🔷Level 2 Gym instruction
🔷Level 3 Personal training
🔷Sports massage
I’ve now been in Liverpool for 11 years and had the business for 10 WHOLE years.🏆geez
Always dreamed of being successful but never knew what it would look like and the fact that you all put your trust in me to fix your bodies and have a good laugh is just the best thing EVER🥹
Some of you the shop has popped up out of nowhere 👌, which is cool but I actually started out in Sports Direct Formby, doing the gym inductions and gaining clients for massages in my own treatment room.
By the way I never had a bean to my name, lived at my nans and was in debt, no handouts just sheer graft, determination and it took me a week to get my first paying client which I’ll never forget!
I’ve had a ball this weekend getting walk ins, meeting new clients using their Xmas gift vouchers & booking back in straight away! Thanks for popping bye 😎
Have a gorgeous week, few apps left but if we can get organised for the start of Feb as pay day is fast approaching that would be unreal. 👌😍
