Hey Everyone,

Wow wee🤯we’ve survived that first week back to normal routine- living the dream.
I thought the summer was busy but fairly calm but that was something else! Haha

Im not complaining I’ve had a hoot with a few curve balls thrown in there but hey thats life.

The diary is officially open for October with bookings starting to take place- I will post remaining of September on the story to today.

If you need a weekend or evening sometimes there can be 2week➕wait for those specific times.

I hope you’ve all had a gorgeous summer and now ready for Autumn ☀️🍁🍂🪾

I still love the way you all skip into the shop, dive in to the nightclub bathroom🪩 and get so excited to hop on the lovely heated bed 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

How’s it going? Hope you’re all well.

I just wanted to check in because I I know parents/ teachers will be high alert 🚨with the school term coming to close.📚✍️

I’ve had a few gorgeous messages saying they don’t have any child care or the money needs to be spent on the kids clubs instead etc.

I really appreciate the community and the friendship I’ve built in the business that we keep in touch all year round.

Ofcourse I’ll miss you but we will make room for when you return in September- if you do get a last min night off then always worth giving us a call to squeeze you in! Can’t promise though 😊✨

Teachers 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫defo make a start on booking those appointments in before you skip off on your holidays 🌍🗺️

🚨We’re still looking for an Admin/PA Receptionist👩‍💼👨‍💼

You’ll be the friendly face of our business, keeping everything running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
* High energy, no 2 days are the same in shop
* Managing emails and answering the phone
* Using the Booksy booking system
* Creating engaging social media posts (Canva experience is a must)
*Definitely looking for that creative mindset with a great innovative for the next task in hand
* Handling client billing and invoices, including health insurance claims
* Keeping everything organised and making clients feel welcome with a cup of tea or coffee!
* Keeping on top of day to day duties and shop stock

The News Is Out 🎉🤩
We have a new team member called Jack

I’d like you all to make him feel welcome to our expanding team. Jack is currently studying physio therapy at uni and has competed 2nd year.
His great expertise is Sports Massage, injury’s, deep tissue massage & personalises the treatment to even relaxation- which as you all know I don’t do🤷‍♀️😂 💪

I’m really looking forward to some of you meeting him- but please don’t panic am not going anywhere we’ve just reached capacity and I need some help 🚨😊

So the booksy link will be live soon and if you fancy a fella treating you instead.

Jack will be working Mondays 8am-1pm
Wednesdays 3pm-9pm

When you take the weekend off to complete the 1st EVER Hybrid Games 💪👟

I’m still in shock I completed it, nothing prepares you for your first kind of comp like that 🥵 the running mixed in with the strength was next LEVEL 🙈

Was so glad of the support my friends & PT coming to watch- it really helped; the pep talks, plaited my hair & counting down when I needed it the most ❤️

Crossing the finish line was such an achievement 🎖️The sweaty hugs, red bull, cider and couldn’t wait for a Percy pig 🐷🤣

Sunday CLUB is goodness for the SOUL❤️
What a weekend! Raving and dancing in a field last week now to a fully booked one with you gorgeous lot.

Even the new ones come in a bit scared and nervous that’s SO normal but I guarantee you’ll leave floating on a cloud ☁️ & can’t wait for your next treatment.

The most common thing am finding at the moment is the stress and tension in the neck and the jaw (TMJ) Temporomandibular joint dysfunction when you go “get off Meg that’s awful” but secretly you know the relief is incoming within hours and the on coming days 😂🙋‍♀️

Even if you don’t think you bite or clench it can build up overtime and I’ve got the magic hands to release that for you☺️

My next appointment is tomorrow 4pm/ Friday 6th 3.15pm. My next late night is Tuesday 10th June 8.15pm - 2 spaces left for Father’s Day 🥹🍺
