“Shift your aura” is a nice way of saying: change the energy you’re carrying and the way you show up.
It’s not something mystical you have to chase, it’s actually very practical. Your
“aura” shifts when your state shifts: your breathing, posture, thoughts, and focus.

Here are a few real ways to do that:

1. Reset your body first
Your body leads your mind.
Slow, deep breathing (in through the nose, long exhale) tells your system you’re safe. Even 2-3 minutes can change how you feel.

2. Move stagnant energy
Yoga, stretching, or even a walk helps break emotional buildup. When your body loosens, your mood follows.

3. Clean your mental input
What you consume matters
-music, conversations, social media. Swap heavy, draining input for something calmer or uplifting.
