Back to work on Friday everyone. Missed you guys, not a lot but definitely a little bit 😂 slip back in time Ibiza was off the scale. Two days before my birthday the 8th of May, the world lost you Paul O’Meara and everyone’s life shattered. Every year now my birthdays feel less like a beginning and more like a reminder of the love that left too soon. However the heart is capable of holding both love and grief at the same time. In many ways, grief exists because love existed first.
When you lose someone deeply important to you, that love doesn’t disappear it changes shape. It becomes memory, longing, gratitude, and sometimes pain.
And loving someone new doesn’t erase the person you lost. The heart doesn’t work by replacing one love with another. It expands.
It makes room for new joy while still carrying old memories. And somehow, through all the pain, life gave me love again. I am deeply in love with my second husband, and I’m grateful for the happiness, comfort, and new memories we are building together with our children.
Loving did not replace the love I lost. It simply taught me that the heart is capable of holding both grief and gratitude, memories and new beginnings, all at the same time. Miss you Paul O’Meara 8 May 2013. ❤️

Wow what can I say Centreforce Radio you smashed it. Good Friday Origins back to our roots warehouse raving in barking. 4000 people dancing, singing and partying hard. Always the best crowd. And I got to dance on stage 🙃
