What a week 😍🙌🏼

Members are totally embracing their eating/drinking habits, trying new meals, enjoying tons of delicious foods that help keep you full and satisfied plus building activity and getting the time to focus on mindset changes for the week ahead by staying to group ❣️

We have also been supporting those that are struggling to find their groove again post-Christmas and it’s letting them know that we will never give up on you if you’re prepared to never give up on yourself!

So proud of everyone’s achievements so far, and know that although bumps in the road may get in your way, you can always find an alternative route to get to your final destination 🙌🏼

Busy day today, fabulous morning in our Wednesday morning group with lots of chat around unlimited foods that we enjoy plus talking about the new range of Slimming World free food ready meals and products.

I popped along afterwards to Iceland in to meet with Slimming World Braintree with Matt 07888678060 to chat to the community and give out free magazines too.

Super excited to see the new pancakes and naans alongside our very own wraps which support members & their weight loss goals too.

Members are also enjoying lots of special offers to stock up their fridge/freezers and you can enjoy this too if you’d love to come along to join us!

When you eat what you love, you love what you eat, it really is too generous to be called a diet ❣️

Been out leafletting again today… & love it when i get to the flats 😆

It’s definitely a chilly one but it’s really nice being out in the fresh air knowing that one of these leaflets could reach somebody who is struggling.

I remember that feeling well, not knowing what to do, where to start, what I needed. Then I discovered Slimming World when a leaflet dropped through my door ✨

Here I am now, 7 stones lighter and maintaining that loss for over 3 years. Now I’m paying it forward helping to reach out across the community to say I & my groups are here for you too 💕
