Lovely lunch out at Cafe Cornell in Saffron Walden. Fabulous friendly staff. Superb food to enjoy. Great company and so nice that Yvonne was able to join her Mum and us too.

Today, residents took part in the SteP Up exercise with support from staff. The session was tailored to individual abilities, allowing everyone to participate at their own pace. The exercise supported residents in strengthening their legs, improving balance, and maintaining mobility, which helps them feel more confident and safe when moving around. Residents were engaged throughout and enjoyed being active, with staff providing encouragement and reassurance to meet everyone’s needs. .
