This is our Sonas Session. The concept was put together by Nuns. With a greeting song sung to each person, which leads onto singing, movements, a smell and taste session, instruments or tools and ending with a 'goodbye for now' song. Although a little bit dated, it has always brought harmony and togetherness in the group.

Baking day brings a beaming smile on faces.... every time the ingredients went into the bowl George asked 'can we eat it yet?' He was so eager to try it. He said he was going to tell on me for not letting him taste it 😆. He had us in stitches. I do believe there was a little taster when we wasn't looking, and it was welcomed with delight for afternoon tea. The verdict... it was delicious 😋 😍 😊
