This technique works directly with the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of well-being.

Reiki healing is used to treat a huge variety of medical conditions, especially ailments related to mental health, anxiety, depression etc.

Just as you don’t need to understand the law of gravity before you can fall down, you don’t need to completely grasp the concept of energy healing but trust that it is always beneficial whatever the circumstance.

What Reiki Can Do For Dogs

The benefits of Reiki may not always be obvious, either in animals or humans, these include:

*Ease pain
*Boost the immune system
*Decrease healing time after surgery or illness
*Remove emotional/psychological blocks impeding physical health
*Reduce stress and promote relaxation
*Enhance well-being
*Strengthen bonds

I always like to go to the dogs home for their session so that they are in their comfort zone.

I will always ask for a photo and the name of your dog before the session so that I may link in remotely. This helps with when I arrive as the dog will recognise the energy.

Once I arrive I will sit on the floor with your dog and invite them to share in the Reiki session.

If the dog approaches and appears okay with my touch I can place my hands in a series of positions that are comforting to the dog. The dog may prefer to take the energy from a distance to start with, this is absolutely fine.

No matter where my hands are the Reiki will go where the dog needs it. This may not be where you think they need it, but Reiki will get to the cause of the problem, you may only be aware of the effects showing in your dog.

This non invasive treatment is absolutely wonderful for animals.

HOW REIKI CAN HELP WITH MENOPAUSE

Whether you are experiencing the symptoms of perimenopause or menopause, Reiki can be beneficial because it taps into both your body and your emotions. Reiki helps to balance the chakra system. With menopause or perimenopause, the sacral chakra is most likely affected.

The sacral chakra is located just below the navel and is responsible for the expression of sexuality and sensual pleasure, among other things. When the sacral chakra is out of balance, whether it be overactive or underactive, the symptoms of menopause may be heightened.

Reiki can bring the chakra system back into balance, helping to alleviate both the physical symptoms and emotional symptoms.

In addition to all of this Reiki can help with regulating hormones, circadian rhythms, alleviating stress, promoting healthy circulation, and eliminating toxins from the body.

ANIMAL REIKI

🐴 I offer Reiki to animals in the same way I do humans, but it involves more than just applying human Reiki knowledge and skills.

🐶 Animals do not communicate with us in the same way as we converse with one another. They are often not truly understood and similarly they do not always understand our communications or actions.

🐱 However, animals are inherently more ‘aware of’ and ‘understanding of’ energy. They have used it historically to determine if strangers are friend or foe and many naturally appear to be very accepting of this calm energy.

🐹 As with humans, Reiki can benefit animals with physical, mental or emotional issues and consequently this holistic complementary therapy may also be of help for animals with behavioral problems that have an emotional basis or influence.

I had a wonderful trip to the seaside today to see one of my most gorgeous clients.

When I go to see a canine client I always link in with them before I go as they control the session.

They will let you know if they want a session and they control how they want to receive the Reiki, where to and what for.

Purdy, is the most beautiful fox red lab that I have the pleasure of working with. She is a working dog that’s just finished the season and had a session today to revive her after all her hard work.

From the moment I set foot in her home she was ready to receive the Reiki energy. She relaxed so quickly and took so much energy it was absolutely lovely. It’s magical when you see how animals react to energy and the effect it has on them is truly remarkable.

I love what I do, and having the pleasure of working with such gorgeous dogs is so rewarding.

DO DOGS LOVE ?

As most of us get ready for our partners to spoil us rotten on the most romantic day of the year - spare a thought for your furry friends... they love us just as much as any other member of our family - sometimes more !

Familial love. It won’t surprise you to learn that dogs, more than any other pet, exhibit this form of love for us. Most dogs actively choose to be in a humans company and, within a few months of being born, a puppy’s attraction is clearly toward people rather than other dogs.

Dogs exhibit varying degrees of separation anxiety when their humans temporarily leave them. Blood pressure rates in dogs lower when they are being stroked by us which shows us how much they love us.

An animals love for us is completely unconditional.
Remember - Animals Think, and Animals Feel.
So treat them too 🥰
Treat them to a gentle energy therapy that they will love just as much as they love you.
