Minimising neck pain doesn’t get simpler than this!
1️⃣ Stand or sit tall
2️⃣ Draw your chin slightly down and back into throat, which should also move your ears back to sit above your shoulders
3️⃣ Let your eyes rest on a point on the horizon
4️⃣ Take a big breath in and relax your shoulders down as your breath out
5️⃣ Repeat every 30 minutes
Micro breaks matter. Take a short posture reset and change your body’s position every 30 minutes to reduce muscle strain and ease any aches and pains
