SUNDAY MORNING REFORMER PILATES BEGINNERS COURSE🌞
🪐Starting on Sunday 12th October at 8:15am for 4 consecutive weeks
💫The sessions are 45 minutes and we are based in Great Dunmow.
The course covers Pilates principles, warm ups & cool downs, upper & lower body exercises. Perfect for beginners or individuals looking to get back into Pilates, starting with the basics.
