I have to share this because I'm genuinely so proud. šŸ¤

These two certificates arrived in the post this week:

My official Trusted Consultant certification from The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan, and my Level 2 Nutrition and the Body qualification.

Both earned this month.

I started this journey as a client myself.

I lost 7st 5lb on this programme and it genuinely changed my life — not just my weight, but how I think about food, my energy, my confidence, everything.

Becoming a consultant was never just about the business for me. It was about being able to sit with

Quick question, how much water have you actually had so far today? šŸ’§

One of the most common things I see with people struggling with weight loss…

They’re just under-hydrated.

Not dramatically, just enough to:
→ feel hungrier than they are
→ have lower energy
→ end up reaching for quick snacks

So it feels like a motivation problem… when it isn’t.

Simple thing to try today:
Keep a bottle near you and sip consistently (not all at once).

It sounds basic, but it makes a noticeable difference.

How many times have you restarted a diet in the last year?

People often ask me what a typical day on plan actually looks like.

So here’s a real example from one of my days.

Breakfast was a yoghurt drink grabbed quickly before heading out to work.

Lunchtime was simple, a cup of tea and a lemon yoghurt bar while catching up on a few things on the laptop.

Dinner was Mediterranean tomato pasta, which is one of the meals I really enjoy on plan.

And in the evening I made the lemon pancakes into a mug cake with a little warm zero-calorie syrup for a tasty treat.

One of the things many people find most helpful about the plan is the simplicity. The meals are structured, but they fit easily into real life and busy days.

For a lot of clients it removes the constant ā€œwhat should I eat?ā€ decision making.

Simple meals. Real life.
