People often ask me what a typical day on plan actually looks like.

So here’s a real example from one of my days.

Breakfast was a yoghurt drink grabbed quickly before heading out to work.

Lunchtime was simple, a cup of tea and a lemon yoghurt bar while catching up on a few things on the laptop.

Dinner was Mediterranean tomato pasta, which is one of the meals I really enjoy on plan.

And in the evening I made the lemon pancakes into a mug cake with a little warm zero-calorie syrup for a tasty treat.

One of the things many people find most helpful about the plan is the simplicity. The meals are structured, but they fit easily into real life and busy days.

For a lot of clients it removes the constant “what should I eat?” decision making.

Simple meals. Real life.

Does anyone else feel like they’ve restarted their weight loss more times than they can count?

You start the week motivated.
You plan your meals.
You feel determined.

Then life gets busy.

Work.
Family.
Stress.

And suddenly the plan that felt manageable on Monday feels impossible by Thursday.

For many people the issue isn’t motivation or willpower.

It’s trying to figure everything out alone while juggling everything else life throws at you.

Messages like this always make my day.

This client is just 3 weeks in and has already lost 19lbs, but what stood out to me most in their message wasn’t the number on the scales.

It was this line: “I don’t feel obsessed with food.”

For many people, weight loss isn’t just about losing weight. It’s about breaking the all-or-nothing cycle and starting to feel more in control around food again.

Seeing that shift in confidence and mindset is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Everyone’s journey looks different, but having structure, guidance and support can make a huge difference.

For years I thought successful weight loss came down to discipline.

I would rely on willpower, lose some weight… and then slowly gain it back again.

What actually changed everything for me was structure.

A clear plan, proper nutritional support, and someone in my corner for accountability.

That approach helped me lose 7st 5lb and completely change my relationship with food.
