Coaching for busy mums…

Did you know that I coach busy mums?
Mums that feel like they have lost their sense of self. Mums that want to feel healthier and get back into their flow but never have the time to put into it.
Mums that are giving out more than they are getting back!
Working together over a course or individual
sessions. We dig deep to rediscover your sense of self and sense of purpose. Along the way providing tools to keep you feeling in control of your life.
I’m not talking about quick fixes.. this is work that will allow you and your family to feel like you are thriving again.

DM me to find out how I could help you find you flow again 💯
Ps.. I know Dads and other care givers are busy too but mums are the ones I love to help 🙏

Today’s a day for all the Mothers. Past, present and future. For all the care givers, the bum wipers, the ones that wait up until they hear you come in, that make your favourite dinners and listen to all your problems. To the mums that end up in my treatment space, stressed or burnt out, needing a little balance back from all the care they have been giving out. To me, it’s not a card factory day, it’s a day to stop and take notice of all the unconditional love that mothers pour out. And…. to my own mum, who spends her life always putting others first.
Happy Mother’s Day all ❤️🙏

Last month two little reflex babies entered the world. These new mothers are women that have arrived at reflexology because for some reason or another they would like support with their fertility and pregnancy journeys. It’s my role to hold their hand, guide them through a naturopathic approach to fertility, refer on for testing where needed, coach changes in their lifestyle and importantly offer a nourishing and stimulating reflexology session in line with their needs.
It is such an amazing part of my job to be apart of fertility journeys, pregnancies and then getting to meet the new arrivals. Reproflexolgy is truly amazing. I can't wait to meet this years arrivals!

Day 5: Happy Friday.
How are you feeling? Have you achieved what you set out to achieve this week ? Are you feeling calm or a little frazzled. All is welcome here!

To end the working week, I’m encouraging you to let something go today! What’s on your mind that you know that it’s a step too far to achieve that but your pushing yourself and it’s making you stressed. What can wait until next week? Something domestic like the pile you have been wanting to tackle? Or something work related that can wait until next week. Letting go of the need to be perfect today, see if it feels a little freeing!

If you’ve enjoyed my posts this week, let me know. I would love to hear if you have joined in or tried any of the activities.

Day 4: A little phone free time!
We all love our phones. Or is it a love/hate relationship? They are a constant distraction but they also connect us to the world. I would love to hear some thoughts on your relationship with yours!

Today I’m encouraging you to set up a boundary, is there a time in your day when you could switch it off for a little. Be with yourself more. Perhaps once the kids are in bed say 8.30? Notice how you feel, do you keep having the urge to reach for it or are you more rested without the constant distraction?

Mums, parents, parents to be…
Recently I’ve been finally getting around to sharing more on Instagram. Ideas for simple, easy, family friendly meals that meet our healthy needs!
It’s more of a project to me and something very close to my heart. Creating health in our families but not letting a lack of time be a barrier for being healthy.
Join me over on The Slow Motion Mums Club if you would like some simple ideas on how to take things a little bit slower and a little bit healthier. 🙏🌞

Day 3 Getting Outside! Happy Hump Day!
Another cold one 🥶🥶 I reckon a walk is still achievable though! I feel soooo much better when I get out for a walk. I don’t have a dog and I used to feel abit strange taking myself for a walk, like I needed a child, dog or I should be running! Now, I know how much better I feel to be outside even when it’s chilly. Can you get out for a short one today? Just twenty minutes on a lunch break ? Notice the difference, perhaps a shift in perspective or just some renewed energy.
Here’s a pic of my favourite walking spot at the moment 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Last night I finished a brilliant Mindfullness course at The London Mindfulness Project. It’s made me so much more accountable for stepping into mindfulness practices. If anyone is wanting a little handholding to learn to meditate more I would 💯 recommend checking them out.

Day 2 of Keeping Grounded Week:
Micro Pauses

What a chilly start to the day. The perfect reminder to slow down, just like nature still is. Today i'm talking micro pauses.... Are you finishing an activity and jumping straight into the next one? Or, perhaps you are constantly thinking ahead to what's next on your todo list. It's all okay to plan, it's important to plan but, if the doing takes over your being then maybe it's time for some inbetween micro pauses. Today, why not try just slowing things down a little and having a few breaths, moments, minutes of stillness between things. Before you leave for the school run can you stand still for a minute? After you have eaten lunch can you sit quietly before you hurry into the afternoon. Have a go, let me know how you get on.

Just like a glitter jar or a snow globe. When we stop we settle down. We made this one last week. Super simple!

Happy Monday Everyone. How's your week looking?
This week, like most of us, i have a lot i would like to achieve BUT i want to achieve it feeling energised and grounded. I don't want to get the end of the week feeling burnt out.
Each day this week i'll be sharing a tip of the day for keeping grounded this week. This may be simple things that you are totally aware of, but are you actually doing them? Sometimes the smallest things have the biggest impact but we need to do them to feel the effects. I'll be practicing these things each day too. Let me know how you get on and if you're joining in too.....

Day 1. Five deep breaths before you start a meal.

How often do you sit down and tuck in before you have slowed down to eat, to appreciate what you have infront of you? Taking a few deep abdominal breaths before you start to eat switches on your digestive system inturn helping you absorb and digest your food better than if you are eating on auto pilot.
