Here's the next Tai chi workshop date. There'll also be a chance to learn and practice the push hands aspect of Tai chi too with an added 45 mins for those who are interested.
The workshop is open to everyone, and as ever taught in a relaxed friendly manner.

Hier ist der nächste Termin für den Tai Chi Workshop. Es wird auch die Möglichkeit geben, den Push Hands-Aspekt des Tai Chi zu erlernen und zu üben, mit zusätzlichen 45 Minuten für diejenigen, die daran interessiert sind.

This month will be a special edition workshop!!! OOO! I might hear you saying?
We will be looking at specific standing and movement exercises to condition the body for push-hands and application in Tai Chi Chuan.
Also will be plenty of partner work to bring the exercises alive and help further your practice.
A free digital copy of the "Jc Tai Chi Push-hands & Application book" will be be available for each participant.
As always the workshop is open to everyone regardless of level as there's something to be learned from beginner to advanced alike.

Diesen Monat gibt es einen Workshop der besonderen Art!!! OOO! höre ich Sie vielleicht sagen?
Wir werden uns mit spezifischen Steh- und Bewegungsübungen beschäftigen, um den Körper für Push-Hands und Anwendungen im Tai Chi Chuan zu konditionieren.
Es wird auch viel Partnerarbeit geben, um die Übungen lebendig zu machen und deine Praxis zu fördern.
