Living Yoga simply means applying the tools & teachings of yoga into our daily lives, helping us to live life with reduced stress, improved breathing, better posture & increased strength.

New 6 week term starting 7pm Thursday 23rd April at St Mary school, Mellor.

This class is Hatha Yoga so it is suitable for every body. We practice postures followed by breathing practices then end with a deep relaxation.

Six week term starting Thursday=£60 or £11 drop in.

There are a few places remaining on this Autumn equinox workshop that I am hosting this Sunday morning in Great Harwood.

We will be honouring the transition from summer into autumn 🍂 with gentle movement, strength building, balance, meditation and yoga nidra with some Ayurvedic tips on staying healthy during autumn. There will homemade cakes and teas to enjoy at the end.
