Ribble Valley Care Home - Thank-you, Rebecca, for leading the armchair based Yoga class today. Residents certainly benefited practicing a version of The Sun Salutation. The rhythmic flow of breath and movement promoted mindfulness and reduced stress - quietening the mind. The movements also boosted our energy and strength, increasing flexibility. Namaste 🧘‍♀️🧘🙏
