What to Expect
Youâll be guided through a calming sound journey designed to soothe your mind, release tension and bring your whole system back into balance.
Soft, steady frequencies will help your body shift into deep rest, no effort needed, simply lie down and receive.
Whatâs Included

⢠Heated eye masks
⢠A herbal tea to gently ground you after the soundbath
Please bring a blanket with you!
Youâll also find a selection of reflection and angel cards at the front of the room.
Feel free to pull one before settling onto your mat or afterwards if youâd prefer something to reflect on quietly.
What You Can Bring
Youâre welcome to bring an extra blanket, if you suffer with a bad back or aches and pains it may be beneficial to bring your own blanket to lay on for more padding.
Please come in whatever âcosyâ means to you, PJs and onesies are encouraged, never judged.
Important Notes
For safety reasons, soundbaths are not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, seizure conditions or during pregnancy.
