If youโ€™re trying to lose body fat/weight and are not seeing the results that you want...Run through this checklist to make sure youโ€™re doing all you can to maximise your results! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜

๐‚๐š๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ž ๐ƒ๐ž๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ข๐ญ - Everyone knows without being in a calorie deficit you wonโ€™t lose weight. So the most important.

However there are some things you can do to help increase your calorie deficit and some things you can do to help your body burn calories more efficiently๐Ÿ”ฅ

๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ - helps boost your metabolism, retaining muscle or building muscle which is your bodyโ€™s fat burning machine ๐Ÿ”ฅ

๐‡๐ข๐ ๐ก ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ญ๐ž๐ข๐ง ๐๐ข๐ž๐ญ - Helps prevent muscle loss which keeps metabolism higher, reduces hunger and about 30% of protein calories are burned while the body is digesting and metabolising the protein.

๐๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ฅ๐ž๐ž๐ฉ - Sleep is super important when it comes to losing body fat. If you are sleep deprived (under 5 ish hours) your hormones are going to be out of whack and your body will have a harder time of burning off body fat ๐Ÿ˜ด

๐ƒ๐š๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ - I recommend doing some form of exercise daily....as little as just a walking๐Ÿšถโ€โ™‚๏ธAt the end of the day the more activity you can do the more calories youโ€™re going to expend

๐‡๐ฒ๐๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง - If you are dehydrated you will feel less energised and can also have a negative effect on your rate of calories burned because your metabolism will be lower ๐Ÿ’ฆ

3 simple tips to kickstart your weight loss goal

1. Write down your goal and place it somewhere you can read everyday

2. Commit to workout three times per week. It helps to schedule these workouts in your calendar

3. Donโ€™t cut out your favourite foods, just make them work within reason. Counting your calories can help to control so you donโ€™t over consume!
