If youโre trying to lose body fat/weight and are not seeing the results that you want...Run through this checklist to make sure youโre doing all you can to maximise your results! ๐ช๐

However there are some things you can do to help increase your calorie deficit and some things you can do to help your body burn calories more efficiently๐ฅ
๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ - helps boost your metabolism, retaining muscle or building muscle which is your bodyโs fat burning machine ๐ฅ
๐๐ข๐ ๐ก ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ญ๐๐ข๐ง ๐๐ข๐๐ญ - Helps prevent muscle loss which keeps metabolism higher, reduces hunger and about 30% of protein calories are burned while the body is digesting and metabolising the protein.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ฅ๐๐๐ฉ - Sleep is super important when it comes to losing body fat. If you are sleep deprived (under 5 ish hours) your hormones are going to be out of whack and your body will have a harder time of burning off body fat ๐ด
๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ - I recommend doing some form of exercise daily....as little as just a walking๐ถโโ๏ธAt the end of the day the more activity you can do the more calories youโre going to expend
๐๐ฒ๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง - If you are dehydrated you will feel less energised and can also have a negative effect on your rate of calories burned because your metabolism will be lower ๐ฆ
