I’m honoured and humbled to have won this accolade in recognition of my work and commitment in advancing the use of hypnosis as a therapeutic tool.

Sincere thanks to those who nominated me for this prestigious award, judged on merit, recognizing businesses that demonstrate excellence in their respective fields.

It is my privilege to support clients who are athletes at World Championship level, as well as Team GB Junior World Cup competitors and athletes aspiring to compete in the Olympic Games.

It is equally rewarding to support those clients who, whilst not elite athletes, nonetheless seek help in overcoming psychological and psychosomatic issues, including the various anxiety disorders, in order to live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Fiona Narburgh has recently trained as a yoga teacher. She’s offering 2 sessions at The Centre of the Hills Malvern with any donations going to support research into prostrate cancer.

If you fancy coming to one of her yoga classes in Malvern, please donate and message her!

"I’m cycling Chris Hoy’s bike ride for Stage 4 Cancer from Glasgow next month . Last year Chris got a sudden terminal stage 4 prostate cancer diagnosis. His book really inspired me - it’s same cancer as my dad had too, so close to my heart.

I’m offering “Yoga with Fiona” classes in return for donations on Sunday 17th August and Saturday 23rd August at 10am for an hour.

I promise a fun class, suitable for beginners, as well as lovers of yoga.

Many of you know I qualified as
a Yoga Teacher this year so excited to teach!

It’s a great venue . I’ve got mats and there will be cake and a cuppa after.

Happy to organise one to ones before early September if times don’t work for you .
