Our Live Life Well course in partnership with the University of Worcester starts
again on 19 September 2025.

This is a 6 week course, taking place at the Worcestershire Breast Unit, 10.00am - 12.00pm.

Celebrating Lammas with my fellow communards! We shared a lovely meal followed by a fire, and watching the sunset (any excuse for a fire!)

Lammas marks the time between the summer solstice and the autumn equinox.

It’s a moment to pause, reflect, and honour all you’ve grown both outwardly and inwardly.

In Five Element terms, we’re entering Earth time: the season of nourishment, grounding, and gathering what sustains us.

Winners of the WM4x 🙌

If I’m not doing or thinking about acupuncture, or looking after grandbabies, then I’m often in a boat! I’ve had a couple of years off, again, but there’s something about it that always pulls me back!

How do the five elements weave its way through?….

Wood gave us the drive forwards, Fire brought the joy, Earth held us steady, Metal kept us sharp, Water - the adrenaline, the fear, but it was that which flowed beneath it all. Five Elements, one winning boat.
