Beautiful young SBT, Nelly was incredible at her first session of hydrotherapy . Owners were worried how she would react as Nelly has a strong dislike of water . We took the first session slowly and by the end Nelly was a ⭐️ . Nelly has started water treadmill treatment post bilateral cruciate repair and amazed us all at her first session 🎉🎉 Onwards and upwards young lady 🐾

A few weeks ago we lost the most beautiful black shepherd, Pooka .
Pooka has been a huge part of the Malvern hydro family for the last 2 years being treated most Mondays by Jo . Huge hugs to her amazing family ❤️ . In Pooka’s memory her lovely owners gifted her walkin wheels to us to pass on to help another dog in need . Pooka’s memory lives on as we gifted the wheels to help another shepherd , Daisy . Daisy unfortunately has degenerative myelopathy and her zest for life and determination will not let it stop her. We received a video and photo of Daisy in her new wheels yesterday and she has taken to them so quickly and can now run around and play .From us all at Malvern hydro, Daisy and family we send huge hugs and a massive Thank You to Pooka’s family ❤️❤️ xx

🤞 Looking for a loving home 🤞

This playful 20 month old German Shepherd is looking for a special family to give her a forever home due to family bereavement . She is lovely young dog but does need some socialising and ongoing training . She is a typical young shepherd and can be a little reactive but with training this can be resolved . She has been around other dogs and children however is better with male dogs . Ideally a rural environment with an active family or a job to do . She is very quick to learn and will make someone a lovely loyal friend . Someone with GSD experience would be amazing .
I met her yesterday at the centre and she soon settled . she has a lot of love to give is very playful and loves her toys .

Malinois, Belle started hydrotherapy a few months ago to help with strengthening due to having a hind limb deformity. Belle was not a natural but her confidence is improving each week . Belle had been compensating due to injury and had become quite tight through her shoulders and back but is now doing well and hopefully will continue to improve in her water confidence 💦

Monty has progressed so much from his first session . Monty was quite nervous and reluctant but now he loves his hydro sessions and it’s so great to see . Monty suffers with osteoarthritis and presented with forelimb lameness but is now sound ( no signs of lameness ) . He enjoys his sessions now and we are all working on weight loss to help him going forward. What a ⭐️.

12 year old Foley loves his maintenance hydrotherapy he is a regular at the centre. This little man was so nervous at his first few sessions but now he is in his happy place and we love his excitement and confidence. One happy little terrier ❤️🐾💦 🥕

We are so lucky to have Ella on work experience for a couple of weeks . She is such a delight to have at the centre . She will go far with her passion and natural empathy ❤️ 😁
