Movement Based Challenges 🤸🏻♀️🏆
Every two weeks there’s now a challenge in the gym. Winner gets £15 credit on their account.
Challenges will vary so not always based on cardio fitness or strength! A great way for members to try and improve their own score, not just compete with other members. It also reinforces the relationship with oneself when training and being aware of thoughts when they come up. After all, the gym is about mental health as well as physical and we should be going there to make us feel better. Healthy competition rather than ego driven. 💯
