Tried ice skating with the kids yesterday. Always appreciate the sense of balance and strength pilates brings when it comes to trying new things , managed to stay vertical and enjoyed it lots 😊

A Sunday read....As we start another new year I like to reflect and plan little changes that can make a difference.
