I really missed seeing your faces in gaining the core strengths and improving your form! I’ve been busy in analysing the risks, organise a new class system and opening new classes with different locations! Currently the indoor fitness industry hasn't been included in the latest group of businesses allowed to re-open, I can not able to give you any concrete plans on when it is likely to be re-opening.

This low impact exercise concentrates on the core muscles that connects to your spinal column including abdominals, hips, glutes, back and shoulders.

You can do it anywhere in the 🌍 like I was in Marsa Alan, Egypt.

Another fantastic session and I want to show you a quick visualiser of what to expect from a Pilates class. Plentiful of working on the core muscle areas and attention from myself to ensure you are working in a correct and quality form. All clients will be spaced out at least 1m apart.

Location: Morton Village hall, DE55 6GT

All new members must come at least 15 minutes early to register and health screening before the class. Please do not turn up at 6pm without completing health questionnaire.

This video was filmed pre-Covid times, please do not critised. A full briefing before class will be applied once you book the class.

Pilates isn’t Yoga, why? Because we specifically FORM ourselves to develop our core activation through strengthening muscles that’s connecting to our spine and the small muscles you’ve never “felt” before. We concentrate on our precision of the movement to improve our muscle imbalances and to control our core.

Yoga is a great exercise for improving our flexibility around our joints which it is opposite of what Pilates exactly does.

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact core engagement, muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes correct postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. It improves mobility and promotes a feeling of wellbeing and calm. This class attracts all, from beginners to the post rehab person from injuries to ones who wants to stay fit whatever their activity or level of fitness.

Wear loose gym clothes, shoes not required for the class. Do bring a yoga mat, cushion or block and bottle of water.
