Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact core engagement, muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes correct postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. It improves mobility and promotes a feeling of wellbeing and calm. This class attracts all, from beginners to the post rehab person from injuries to ones who wants to stay fit whatever their activity or level of fitness.
Wear loose gym clothes, shoes not required for the class. Do bring a yoga mat, cushion or block and bottle of water.
