Couldn’t really think what to post for World Mental Health Day on Friday because it’s hard not to sound trite or belittling. But I just came across this post by writer Alicia Cook which I think really sums up that we just don’t know what’s going on with others even if they seem fine. And how many times have you written a text like this?
We all go through hard times. And the best we can do is be kind, be gentle and be caring. You never know when that might make a difference.

Lovely relaxing weekend. I was a bit apprehensive as I didn’t quite know what to expect but I feel calm and rejuvenated after a weekend of yoga, wild swimming, meditation, breathwork and a sound bath. Sometimes pushing yourself a little out of your comfort zone can reap great rewards. Must remember that!
