Do you think you may be peri menopausal? Symptoms typically start mid in your mid 30’s as your oestrogen levels fluctuate and progesterone starts to decline.
Your menstrual cycle changes - irregular, missed, heavier or lighter) and you may experience mood changes, anxiety, insomnia, changes to skin and hair, headaches, fatigue, brain fog, UTI’s, hot flushes, joint and muscle aches, fatigue and brain fog.
Lots to look forward to
Menopause is just one day - the date of a whole year without periods - the average age of menopause is 51. Symptoms don’t automatically disappear on this day they may linger for several years.
I learned pretty much nothing in school about the menopause. I associated it with perms, blue rinses and sensible shoes. We have so much more understanding now - knowledge is empowering.
Understanding our hormones is key. Knowing what influences them and making positive adjustments to lifestyles should allow for a smoother transition from a life with periods to one without.
Reflexology can be very effective in helping support physical and emotional symptoms. It’s great for calming the endocrine system
I’ve completed specialist training for reflexology for menopause. The information and protocols I’ve learned will enable me to support you better.
