I love this ❤️

Habit stacking was something discussed over the last 2 days on the reiki level 2 courses.

Two things I'm passionate about when teaching and in my daily life are protection and grounding. I feel that are vital when working with energy in any form.

We come across people and places that can drain us so keeping your protection in place and feeling grounded is so important.

For me I habit stack these, so when I'm cleaning my teeth I visualise my protective bubble building in place and send roots out of the soles of feet when into Mother Earth. Then I'm ready to address whatever the day may bring.

🎶 What to expect at a sound bath?

Each session will be different depending on the sounds created and the energies in the room.

For myself I play very intuitively on the night and go with the flow of the space and hubby now joins me when holding the space for the sound bath.

💜 I begin with an oracle card as I explain how I work and what to possibly expect.

💜 I take you on a short guided meditation into a journey before we begin with the sounds of the bowls, chimes, tubes, drums and gongs.

💜 I then bring you back at the end of the sound journey

Today is a powerful day ~ the 999 portal as it's the 9/9/2025 💫

The number 9 represents wisdom and completion and when this number is in triplicate it's even more powerful. A time of awakening, time to close old cycles and live fully in your own light.

This date falls in the phase of the waning moon which is a wonderful time for release so do some exercises to work through letting old patterns go so the new can come in.

💚 Journal thoughts and remove them from your energy field
🤍 Cleanse yourself and home with smudge or sound
💛 Create affirmations or intentions for release
🩷 Be compassionate and kind to yourself as you keep old cycles go

This portal will bring so many of us lightworkers together as a collective of energies that we'll create love, joy and alignment of us moving forward.

Step into the new with intention, clarity and wisdom, today a day for purpose and new ideas. Use these energies, harness them and maybe enjoy a candle ritual if you wish.

Light a candle, sit focusing on the flame and think about what you're releasing and wanting to change. Repeat and say these to the power of 9 and then burn them (safely) in the flame of the candle.

Use the spiritual gateway for completion, purpose, release and new beginnings.

Another day of teaching and it's Reiki Level Two tomorrow and on Wednesday (2 separate courses this week) 💕

Reiki is growing at unbelievable rates and I'm loving seeing how it changes so many people's lives 🥰

Our Story

Hayley became interested in complementary therapies many years ago after the birth of her children. Post natal depression was why Hayley was drawn to try other therapies as conventional medicine wasn’t doing enough on it’s own!

Over the years Hayley’s training began with massage, reiki, indian head massage, holistic facials along with other energy therapies. Hayley started Serenity Touch in April 2008 and hasn’t looked back!

Hayley loves what she does and continues to learn new therapies - physical ones and energetic ones. Check out her new website https://www.pathwaytoserenity.co.uk/ where you will be able to see all the courses and workshops that are offered.
