BODY BLISS HEAT TIMETABLE IS COMPLETE plus MEMBERSHIPS AVAILABLE TO BOOK ❤️‍🔥

We have added a few more to the timetable as well as welcomed new members to the team who are loving teaching in the heat!

We are now introducing memberships for studio 2 both mat and hot classes to make it affordable and cost effective for our clients. We are really grateful for those who have been with us for the whole journey and are arms open for those looking to join us! You will see membership packages available to book on our website soon!

Body Bliss Heat is our brand new hot air studio which takes place upstairs in studio 2. The heat reaches up to 38 degrees and circulates the space efficiently and freely for clients to move their bodies and feel an extra release. The hot air will have you saying ‘oh wow this is hot’ as you walk in however you adapt very quickly to the temperature and you will reap the benefits during and after the class.

Our teachers highly recommend joining the classes and even say themselves that they feel energised, reset and their body feels detoxified.

Lara will be teaching a hot power Pilates class on a Wednesday every week at 7pm! 🥵

“With qualifications in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, my journey into teaching has grown alongside my own love for movement. Outside of my 9–5 pikates is where I switch off, reset and reconnect. it’s something that’s become such an important part of my routine and my lifestyle. I’ve experienced first how powerful it can be for building strength, improving posture, increasing mobility and creating that strong, balanced feeling from the inside out.

In my classes, I aim to create an energising yet supportive space where clients feel challenged in the best way, while still feeling comfortable and confident. Pilates is more than just a workout to me, it is time carved out for yourself, which is important in a world where that can be difficult. I want every class to feel exactly like that”

Meet Myesha ~ a Pilates instructor who has recently joined the body bliss team!

Myesha will be teaching from Thursday 14th May - every week a Pilates Burn Circuits followed by a challenging dynamic reformer Pilates class at 11:15am! 🥵

“I’m a qualified instructor with a background in personal training. I discovered Pilates in 2023 through my involvement in pole fitness and weight training, and it immediately loved Pilates for the way it supports strength, control, and movement.

My approach is centred around intentional, functional movement; a more dynamic style of Pilates that helps you move better both in and outside of class.

My classes are fun, energetic, and designed to challenge you in the best way. Expect a mix of mat Pilates, circuits, and reformer work that builds strength, control, and confidence. Every session is focused on supporting real-life movement; all set to a great playlist to keep you motivated.”

Join Markus every Sunday for a Hot Vinyasa yoga flow. This class will also be on the timetable from Saturday 9th May at 8:30!

A thoughtfully paced, breath-led yoga class practiced in a heated room on a mat. 🌀

This class focuses on fluid movement, smooth transitions, and mindful sequencing rather than intensity or speed. While still physically engaging, the emphasis is on coordination, balance, and moving with awareness.

Sequences vary from class to class, offering a creative, meditative flow with options and modifications to support a wide range of levels.

We pride ourselves on helping our clients both see and feel changes physically and within themselves. Meet Lucy - a yoga teacher who has recently joined the body bliss team! You will find Lucy teaching a hot yoga flow at the studio every Wednesday morning at 9:30am from April 22nd! 🌟

“With over 20 years of personal practice, I bring a deep respect and love for yoga in all its forms. I trained under Yoga Master & Certified Breathworker Christopher Gladwell, completing my 500-hour teacher training.

My teaching is rooted in helping people build strength, confidence, and understanding from the ground up. I’m particularly passionate about Hatha yoga, a practice I truly connected with during both my pregnancies.

I find immense joy in seeing how the right movement and mindful practice can transform someone’s day—or even their life. Yoga has a beautiful way of nurturing and inspiring us, and my aim is to help every student discover the style and rhythm that feels right for them.”

Meet one of the newest members of the body bliss team - Frankie! 🩵

“A Yoga Teacher Trainee, Reiki practitioner, and Naturopathic Colon Hydrotherapist with a deep love for gut health and holistic healing. Currently completing 300hr training (graduating August 2026), my practice weaves together Hatha, Vinyasa, and the steady discipline of Ashtanga yoga.

After 15 years in the corporate world in the City of London, I have felt a call to reconnect to a slower, more intentional way of living - leading to the creation of The Flow Co, a space devoted to realigning our natural flow.

Since discovering yoga in 2013, my mat has become a sanctuary - somewhere to return to when life feels out of balance. A place to find a little more space, a little more softness, and a little more lightness.

My teaching blends strong, dynamic Vinyasa with slower, more grounding practices, always rooted in presence and guided by the rhythm of ujjayi breath. With a gentle, energetic awareness woven into how I hold space, my classes offer an opportunity to build heat, soften, and reconnect - to body, breath, and self.”
