We're immensely proud of our organisation and of what we have achieved so far and this is just the beginning! We are confident we have made a real difference in the lives of the people who are involved in the services we offer and to the carers who support them. What keeps us going in this very challenging and rewarding work is the knowledge that we can offer people real choice and control in thei

r lives. Catherine Care was developed because we identified a real need for opportunities for people with a learning difficulty or mental health need. Many of our staff and indeed the Director and Managers have family caring commitments. We believe this gives our staff a unique insight. Our committed staff members work hard in the services we provide which include a residential home which is committed to providing independence and enabling the people living there to be valued as part of their community, a Community Access Programme through which people can access day opportunities which include education, employment, leisure and social activities, a befriending service supplying personal assistants and one to one placements. We demand and achieve the highest level of commitment, energy and professionalism from our staff. Our record and the testimonials from carers demonstrate our willingness to go the extra mile for the people we support.
