Why should you consider training with a strength & conditioning coach?

We:
-Employ evidence-based practice to inform training and coaching
-Analyse movement and overall physical capacity
-Employ strategies to prevent injuries
-Construct individualised exercise plans to improve specific and general function
-Use effective monitoring strategies that demonstrate progress
-Able to work with other health/fitness professionals to support your progress

**ANNOUNCEMENT TIME**
So most of you may already know but for those that dont...

Hodray Muay Thai is expanding. It has been a bit of a leap of faith and expansion is a scary prospect BUT nights like tonight make me realise we are doing the right thing as we are bursting at the seams.

Construction work will start Tuesday 26th September. This will mean we have to close the gym for 4 nights in total.
27th, 28th, 29th Sept and 02nd Oct. I apologise for this inconvenience but I promise for the future of our gym it will be worth it. As members you and your children will benefit for more class options, larger training area, changing rooms etc.

If anyone is available to help or could recommend any trades men/women that may consider donating some time to help us achieve what will be a great place for our community to enjoy please tag or private message.

Lastly this would not even be happening without the contract support of you all and I am forever grateful and humbled that you choose us for you/your child's martial arts journey.
