Norfolk County Council Public Health has added a new digital intervention to their existing suite of stop smoking support. As part of their ambition to create a Smokefree Norfolk and reduce health inequalities, the Smoke Free app is now live and available free of charge to adults (18+) who live in Norfolk or are registered with a Norfolk GP.

The Smoke Free app provides a flexible 24/7 digital stop smoking service, offering a 12 week behavioural support programme, access to ni****ne replacement therapy (NRT) and vapes, motivational emails, and six months of live adviser support. Users will retain access to most features for a further six months, including tools for progress tracking and peer support.

For more information, please visit www.smokefreeapp.com or www.norfolk.gov.uk/smokingsupport or download the app for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play
